WoW Legion: Mythic Hunter Variants and Neltharion Lair Zone

New Demon Hunter armor for the World of Warcraft Legion expansion have been revealed in the alpha, along with a new Dungeon called Neltharion’s Lair.

Tier 19 armor for the new Demon Hunter class above level 100 have been confirmed in a report. The new armor include regular and rare Mythic versions.

The regular Tier 19 Demon Hunter set comes in four colors: Normal, Heroic, Alliance, and Horde colors. Meanwhile, the mythic version of the Demon Hunter set glows with the similar green energy found on Illidan Stormrage.

Neltharion’s Lair is the cave where Neltharion’s followers live. In the Warcraft universe, Neltharion is currently known as Deathwing, a dragon with the Aspect of Death and is considered a main threat to Azeroth. Deathwing intends to wipe mortals off Azeroth, which is technically everybody. The players may fight the followers of Deathwing inside the dungeon, as the lore confirms a large hostile army inside the lair that may destroy Azeroth if they start to mobilize.

In other news, a single patch note for the Windwalker specialization of the Monk Class in patch 6.2.3 has been released. The patch correctly deals the PvP damage of the Storm, Earth, and Fire summons, copying the Rising Sun Kick, as they previously dealt lower damage than expected. As of Legion, World of Warcraft now allows multi-specialization for character classes. The new active and passive skills of other Monk specializations being mixed into the Windwalker may have affected and bugged out its damage.

Leak Suggests New Wardrobe Tab for Looted Items in Legion Expansion

A new leak regarding the “Legion” expansion pack for “World of Warcraft” indicated that the upcoming game will come with a new wardrobe tab. According to sources, the leaked images came from the beta version of the game.

Unfortunately, the clip showing off the new feature has already been removed. But according to Kotaku, which was able to capture screenshots from the video, the new feature will make it easier for gamers to manage their collected items.

As explained by the gaming new site, the wardrobe tab displays the player’s character alongside the looted items such as clothes and armor. Through this new section, gamers will no longer have to store their cosmetic items in the game’s Void Storage. It will also give them a bigger space for all of the low-level items that they will come across in their digital journey.

But, as the site noted, the wardrobe tab, along with the other new features of the expansion pack, were first unveiled during the beta tests for the game. In other words, developer Blizzard Entertainment could still change these or completely remove them from “Legion”.

The upcoming “Expansion” pack does not yet have an official release date, but the studio is targeting to debut it sometime during the second or third quarter of this year. It will only be available for the Microsoft Windows and OS X platforms once it comes out.

World of Warcraft News: BlizzCon 2015 to highlight Legion expansion

The up and coming BlizzCon 2015 that features World of Warcraft Legion is considerably one of the most anticipated events for fans of many massive multiplayer online role-playing game titles under Blizzard. With less than a month away, the games that are still to come, the probability of more news regarding World of Warcraft Legion is highly awaited and speculated by some-and all fingers are crossed until then.

According to Master Herald, BlizzCon 2015 is where it’s at for many patrons of World of Warcraft. After the release of Warlords of Draenor, the possibility of World of Warcraft Legion has certainly sky-rocketed massively, and Blizzard Entertainment has not denied its existence ever since. The fact of the matter, however, is when the game would be launched to the public, which is still highly uncertain as of the moment.

Delivered by Game Rant, World of Warcraft is expected to steal the show in the upcoming BlizzCon 2015 event next month, especially with the rumors that the title will have updates in the Timewalking feat, as well as some dungeon loots. Warlords of Draenor will not be left behind as well, with the Patch 6.2.3 already reported to be added before the planned apparent release of World of Warcraft Legion.

Fans know quite a few bits and pieces about World of Warcraft Legion so far, one of such being the addition of the Demon Hunter class to the roster, as reported by iSchool Guide. The particular league has been noted to showcase incredible skills and abilities, together with the new updates on the maps and the increased adventure level cap of 110. Moreover, the World of Warcraft Legion expansion will have new raids and dungeons, which is more than enough for fans to look forward to.

Blizzard Entertainment has not disclosed final calls for the upcoming World of Warcraft Legion so far, and the release date is still not within reach. The beta release date, however, is said to be held late 2015. Keep posted for more updates before the much-awaited BlizzCon 2015 event on November 6 and 7.   buy cheap wow gold

World of Warcraft: Legion Prominent in Early BlizzCon 2015 Schedule

Thousands of Blizzard fans are anxiously awaiting the arrival of 2015’s BlizzCon, the holy site of all things Diablo, StarCraft and Warcraft. Less than a month stands between now and the November 6-7 event and Blizzard is wrapping up their final details. Today the schedule for BlizzCon 2015 was published and soon removed, listing panels, presentations and contests aplenty. Perhaps there are a few surprises hidden in the schedule too.

As for what isn’t surprising, World of Warcraft’s next big expansion, Legion, is looking like the star of the show. An hour and a half long “World and Content Overview” presentation for Legion fills the much vaunted slot directly after the BlizzCon 2015 opening ceremony. Three more panels and presentations for World of Warcraft will follow over the next 48 hours for a total of four and a half hours of Legion delight. None of Blizzard’s other properties will command as much attention this BlizzCon. Not too surprising considering previous expansion Warlords of Draenor increased subscription rates by over 4 million users before peaking over 10 million.

That doesn’t mean Blizzard’s other franchises will go ignored, however. Both Heroes of the Storm and StarCraft II will each have three events during the convention. Hearthstone and Blizzard’s in-development shooter Overwatch come next with two events each. That leaves poor Diablo III with only a single “Dev Talk” panel at BlizzCon. Perhaps speculation that the game’s next expansion could be revealed is premature?

From an outside perspective, the hype for BlizzCon this year is surprisingly tame. Expansions for both World of Warcraft and StarCraft II are interesting, but perhaps not showstopping. Overwatch is highly anticipated, but Blizzard doesn’t typically prize or market beta events-if a beta is even revealed this year. That leaves room for either a huge, surprise announcement or the void that the lack of an announcement would leave.

What should fans expect from BlizzCon 2015? Do they have an announcement hidden away? Do they need one?BlizzCon 2015 is scheduled to begin on November 6 and run through the next day in Anaheim, California.  Buy cheap wow gold

How World Of Warcraft lets players put a price on their time

In Azeroth, the setting of Blizzard’s World Of Warcraft, goblins are the ugly face of capitalism. They’re willing to take any gambit if it’ll make a profit with little regard for their own survival and about as much consideration of the environment as a Captain Planet villain. Spend any time interacting with them at the banks and businesses they run and they’ll happily share their defining philosophy: Time is money, friend.

Blizzard used that tagline in April when it introduced the WOW Token and gave its estimated 5 million subscribers a way to buy, with real money, a digital manifestation of one month’s worth of game time that they could sell to other players through in-game auction houses.

Rather than risk the ire of those who might think the developer is overcharging for game time or currency, the system lets players put a value on their own time. A college student who might have a surplus of time and a shortage of money can use the gold they’ve accrued through in-game efforts instead of cash to keep playing. On the other hand, it gives someone with more disposable income the option to drop in a little extra cash to avoid having to worry about, for example, having enough gold in the bank to cover armor repairs.

With a subscriber base that rivals the population of Norway, it’s not surprising that over the past decade World Of Warcraft has developed a sophisticated economy that relies on macroeconomic principals.

World Of Warcraft’s economy is always most volatile when a new expansion is released. Auction houses become glutted with materials used for crafting in the previous expansion since they’ll become all but useless once players start focusing on the new recipes.

With the addition of WOW Tokens, the game’s economy has become more complex and tied to that of the real world than ever before. Consider what might happen if unemployment numbers rise dramatically. Players that lose their jobs might have less disposable income but more time to devote to becoming gold suppliers and purchasing game time through hard work.    Cheapest wow gold

World Of Warcraft’s Best Guild Is Splitting Up

Buy cheap wow gold     Over the past few years, the top World of Warcraft raiding guild has been the Europe-based team Method. However, this week the guild went through a major split.

This kind of drama isn’t uncommon in World of Warcraft guilds, whether they raid or not. Maintaining harmony among dozens of players with different temperaments and priorities is a constant challenge. It’s sad, though, to see this kind of upheaval in a guild that’s been at the top of their game for the past few years and in existence since shortly after WoW launched.

The age of WoW (11 years this fall) makes it even easier for this kind of upheaval to happen. Millions of subscribers have left the game just this year, making it harder for guilds to fill their raid groups with competent players. Guilds are forced to merge, cannibalize rivals, or shut down as the talent pool shrinks. This has a snowball effect, with many players then quitting because of the stress that these shakeups cause.

The top guilds have an even harder time of things, because the pool of players with enough skill and free time to raid with them has always been tiny. This pool is just getting smaller over time, as players who once raided 20+ hours get jobs, have kids, or simply just get bored with an aging game. As these players leave, there aren’t a lot of replacements because the new generation of hardcore gamers are flocking to newer releases.

Many WoW players will come back when Legion and future expansions launch, but I’m not sure how much it’s going to help the guilds racing for world-firsts. They need players willing to spend dozens of hours a week over the course of months and years-the type of people willing to keep attempting a boss after 471 deaths. At this point in WoW, that’s a very rare breed.

The Art of World of Warcraft now available in the UK

A short while ago we did a small article on a new book from Blizzard called The Art of World of Warcraft. Published by Egmont, the book showcases a visual journey into the history of Blizzard’s mammoth gaming world. It features interviews with key developers and goes on to cover the complete story of World of Warcraft’s artistic evolution and shows the journey through conception to realisation that gives World of Warcraft it’s unique artistic style.

The book also covers a collection of never before seen concept art from the current expansion in the Warcraft universe, Warlords of Draenor. It’s a fantastic addition to the collection for any World of Warcraft hardcore fan and is available to buy on Amazon.

Not only does the book evoke fond memories of places visited and times spent in the game but offers the reader new ways of looking at places they have seen before in the form of concept drawings and sketches. It doesn’t just appeal to Warcraft fans either, if you’re into fantasy art then it offers some of the finest examples around at the moment.-Cheap wow gold online

First Look At World Of Warcraft Film From The Back Of A Gryphon

It’s not a trailer per se, but it does offer a look at the World of Warcraft movie’s visual direction in a novel way.

To see it, you will need to grab Legendary’s VR smartphone app, and then within the app, you can download The Skies of Azeroth experience. Ideally, you will want a contraption that places your phone a few inches in front of your eyes and allows your phone to move with your head like a headset. Without it though, you can do like I did and hold the phone a few inches in front of your face and move your phone with your head manually.

The “experience” is brief and has you looking down on crowded fantasy city form the back of a Gryphon. As you fly you can see other Gryphons with passengers flying around you.

The World of Warcraft film has completed filming and will be in theatres summer, 2016.-Buy cheap wow gold

World of Warcraft Patch 6.2 lets you whale on Gul’dan

Blizzard have rolled out a new, huge patch for everyone’s favourite destroyer of lives, World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor.

Patch 6.2, dubbed Fury of Hellfire, brings a lot of new additions to the game. The Tanaan Jungle, a new zone, will be accessible after completing a ship-building quest line in your garrison. Once it’s complete, you’ll also have access to further nautical missions, in a system not unlike the brotherhood feature in Assassin’s Creed.

Tanaan will have a new chapter-based quest campaign and new mission hubs too, but the main event is a new raid zone: the 13 encounter strong Hellfire Citadel. Sometimes I just can’t help but cringe at WoW’s naming conventions.

With the new dungeons comes further changes to the dungeon system in general. A new mythic difficulty has been added for those who may be finding them a bit too easy. This new difficulty will be available for the Warlords of Draenor dungeons.

A new interesting feature is Timewalking-the ability to scale your equipment down to allow you to return to dungeons from older expansions like Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King. The equipment you get from completing one of these dungeons will be appropriate to your character’s level, meaning it isn’t a total waste of time.

You can read the full patch notes on the Blizzard site. I only just started playing WoW a few days ago, so all this stuff is a bit far off yet for me. WoW firmly has its talons in me, and its beak is slowly pecking away at my skull.
